Brand New to CrossFit? Use up to all 3 sessions to learn the fundamentals with a coach. We will spend 1 hour each session teaching you the basic movements and what to expect. Other gyms charge hundreds of dollars for an On-Ramp or Fundamentals class. We do it for FREE.

Been a while and need a refresher? Use 1 of these freebies to schedule a 1hr refresher then hop into a class for your 2nd and 3rd.

Experienced CrossFitter or I think I got this? Use all 3 for any available class.

What’s the Catch? No catch, but there are few requirements:

  • This is for Locals Only. We’ll keep your DL on the DL but we need to see that you live in the metro Atlanta area. Add a pic of your current Driver’s License, utility bill (with your name on it), or really just anything proving you live in the A when emailing us for your classes.

  • All 3 must be used within 7 business days.

  • Email info@venturecrossfit.com to get started.

Free Classes are for CrossFit Classes only and cannot be used for Open Gym.

Visiting from another CrossFit Affiliate? Feel FREE to drop-in and take a class with us! No literally, for free. We know that paying for a membership in your home town then getting hit with drop-in fees while traveling sucks. Where's the community in that, right? This option is for active and current CrossFitters only.

We’ll check with your gym and then email to confirm your reservation. It’s that easy.
