- No-no foods: gluten, dairy, grains, corn, soy, alcohol, processed food/sugars
- Limited foods: sugar (stick to fruits; sparingly)
- by the numbers: measurements, weigh in, photos
- there will be requirements for minimum number of classes per week, etc.
